"Place was nice, beds were the comfiest in Nicaragua. Stayed at multiple hotels and the beds were by far the most comfy. The showers were the least favorite, they need better shower heads and cleaner showers, they need to be scrubbed regularly. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were there when you needed them. Pool was a plus, it is cleaned daily. Due to the flora it does get debris which is inevitable. I would definitely stay again."

"Everything was excellent except for the bathroom. The room they gave me had a bathtub and it was hard for the water to go down the drain, leaving several other people's hairs in it. I particularly didn't like the new update in the bathroom.
