"I was amazed by the service here. I had arranged an airport pick up and our flight was delayed. They still had someone waiting for us outside the airport with our name on a sign to get us a taxi to the hotel. The room had air conditioning. The staff were very kind with me and my Spanglish. The breakfast was delicious. They even arranged a taxi to our next destination. "

My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

Literally 2 min walking distance with carryon, but they also have a convenient shuttle to take you across the street. The breakfast the next morning was also amazing. Staff are great, rooms are comfortable and clean and we will always stay here when we fly to Nicaragua and are carrying on our adventures afterwards. "
