"When I arrived and was shown to my room, it did not match the room that was shown on the Hotels website. They graciously moved us to a larger room. Room had many bugs as well as in the pool area. They truly need to exterminate the area. Our air conditioner did not work with the remote control. I called and had someone come and look at it. It worked one time and then not again. Could not turn it on/off, change setting or anything...I had to unplug the unit when the room was too cold. Bed...

"Well.. it’s a “ Airbnb” type property. So the apartments are owned. The place itself is small but nice, the area is beautiful and safe, you can walk to the beach, awesome pools, one on the roof next to a sauna, and a huge one on the ground floor, breakfast is included and adequate. Staff is friendly and courteous! BUT people were remodeling an apartment right below us, so there was loud drilling and hammering at 8 AM. "The first room we were given was on the first floor, right beside the check-in counter. It was noisy, the room was small and the view, out the window, was of a storage area. When we requested a new room, we were told there would be an extra charge...for the view! No elevator on the premisis, and we had to carry our own luggage upstairs. The advertised 2 pools...both were more the size of hot tubs rather than pools and the condition and cleanliness was rather scarry. I will definitely not...
