"It was strange to not check in or out with a front desk. There wasn't any housekeeping service on Sunday. We had to chase down some one for fresh towels. One of the mattresses was too soft. The WIFI was weak as well as the TV reception. Couldn't find a guide to determine where channels were. I cute place overall, and the guidebook was somewhat helpful. Close to downtown Jasper for walks, window shopping, and dining."

"We had a delightful stay. Listening to the stream while reading in the sun was so relaxing. And what a treat to be at "bird level" with binoculars! My daughter enjoyed walking around by the water, and we watched at least 6 deer while driving around the loop. This is a lovely place, and the decor is refreshing. "

"We loved our quick family weekend getaway here and would recommend it to anyone who asks! The house has everything you could ask for, easy to get to, and so much to do in the area. Molly and Robert did a great job communicating with us and answering any questions we had during the weekend, which was so appreciated! We will definitely be back, this is the perfect house to stay at with friends, family, or little ones if you have them! "

"Although some renovations it is an older property with an assortment of older furnishings. Lots of sitting areas and well equipped kitchen. The yard/dog area was in need of maintenance which was done at our request. Unfortunately it rained most of the first week and then the hurricane came but not the rental’s fault. The clubhouse is closed for renovations for a year and the pools closed Labor Day limiting dining choices. Overall we like Big Canoe and Vacasa were good to work with. ...
