"Kiwassa Lodge was just what we needed, serene and spacious. Sitting on the patio or down on the dock, there was near silence, just an occasional boat (but no jet skis). Alan is very responsive and accommodating. The house is not a cookie cutter lake house but an architecturally appealing design and likely built in the hey day of Adirondacks (not that its time has past) with lots of lake facing glass.We had everything we needed and everything was clean. Not quite perfect, but pretty close. And...

"House was clean however did have some spiders and webs which is typical but Someone before us must have had a pet as there was an odor in master room if door is shut (believe it is on rug by door). Porch and decking are old and need replacing. However we were not there to spend time in house and it fit our needs"
