"One of the weirdest hotel I have ever been to. The decoration and set up is so strange.. the left was covered with unusually strange looking wall paper. No air con in it. We booked. a double room we got stuff for a single occupancy. No toilet paper, no one came to clean my room while I was away. The room condition was so poor. "the overall service is good, except for the check-in, it was terrible. I made a special request for high floor room several weeks before my arrival through Hotels.com. Upon arrival however, the employee allocated a room in the lowest floor he could find (2nd), and had no interest what so ever to find a room which matches my request although, from my observation, the hotel is more than half empty and such rooms are available .. Never again in this hotel if I can find an alternative. "
