If you love the outdoors, come stay at my country getaway in the heart of the Red River Gorge. Just minutes from hiking, ziplining, canoeing, rock climbing, caving and kayaking . This unique home is only 20 minutes from Natural Bridge State Park, Torrent Falls and the Daniel Boone National Forest. Hollerwood off road ATV park is 30 min away. Enjoy a relaxing stay in our country home surrounded by beautiful farmland and mountains . Room to park trailer if you are hauling bikes or ATV.

This home features 3 bedrooms with King, queen and full size beds. Newly remodeled master bath and guest bath. Master has walk-in shower; guest bath has bathtub with shower. The living room has a reclining leather sofa and loveseat, electric fireplace, 60-inch HDTV with Roku, Netflix, and WIFI also included. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, four burner stove, sink, Keurig and all dishes with utensils. There is also a washer and dryer for laundry.

If you enjoy stunning views, the outside features a covered front porch with seating, large back deck built around a 100-year-old tree, including patio table, chairs, lounge chairs and gas grill. While the kids are catching fire flies, enjoy a glass of wine under the stars and string lights hanging above the patio area. There is a Fire pit out back if you want to roast smores and enjoy the evening hanging around the house.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this country home surrounded by beautiful farmland, mountains, and wild animals such as deer and turkey. Local shopping includes small town boutiques, restaurants, grocery, and gas stations.

For all you city folks, don’t fret you are only an hour’s drive from Lexington which features KY Horse Park, Keeneland and Red Mile horse track, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and more.

Nice Getaway Spot
We just needed to get away and relax for a few days and this was the perfect spot. Far enough away to be relaxing, but close enough to town to be convenient. House was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice rural area with horses in the pasture behind the house and a barn with pond in the front. The last day of our stay we had some bad winter weather moving in and the host checked in to offer to bring us a generator if we lost power which we thought was nice. Would love to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the large deck and fire pit area and do some site-seeing.

We went to Kentucky to have Thanksgiving with my family. The cabin was beautiful. The location was nice. It was well stocked with everything you could need. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly would definitely stay again.
