"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "The manager was amazing and gave us our upgrade and bonus to use in the restaurant. I had a young family above me jumping and screaming but other than that a lovely stay. "

"The check in process was relatively smooth. The only negative was the strong fragrance in the lobby. I must be sensitive to strong air fresheners but I think it was to mask cigarette smoke from the casino. We booked a suite with two king size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite was spacious and very clean. My family and I had a relaxing two nights there. "
