"GREAT LOCATION! This hotel is located so close the the best cafes and shopping. We loved staying here. The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. "Steid in this property for 6 nights for skiing trip with my teenagers. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and has a very good location. Ski bus stops by the property which makes it very convenient to get to the slops. We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment which was spacious and convenient. "Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"We arrived by train and was close enough that we decided to walk to the hotel. People with a lot of luggage or small children may feel it’s easier to take a cab. We got checked in quickly and got right to our room. We were surprised at the size of the room. It had the “bedroom” area, a sitting room where we hung our clothes and kept our suitcases, and a good sized bathroom. We were really happy with how clean it all was. Then we opened the curtains to a beautiful Mountain View. The hotel sits right on the plaza with all kinds of options for shopping and eating. We really fell in love with Innsbruck and this hotel. We never once felt nervous or afraid of any of the areas. We walked everywhere from this hotel. BTW….there is a beautiful park near by. Walk over and have a picnic while you’re there. "

Central, Scenic, and Super Comfortable

"Adlers Hotel has an awesome location—just a short walk from the train station and super central. The rooftop restaurant and the spa on the upper floors are definitely a treat, and the view from the huge windows is absolutely stunning! Staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly. The room was clean, comfy, and well looked after. All in all, a great place to stay—would totally come back!"
