"This has got to be one of the worst rooms that I have ever stayed in. First, the lady at the desk was very rude. She spoke no English or French or German but still insisted on shouting in Spanish although I told her that I didn't understand. The main complaint however was how filthy the room was. "Good stay. I think the " Boutique" discription is exagerrated. Plain room, no bath products, no coffee maker and a great rooftop but no bar service, just loungers to enjoy the sun/ view. Staff are friendly and helpful and location is good"

"We stayed here back in July and loved it, so this was a return visit. First night wasn't so good. The hotel had shut down the air conditioning for the winter season. We were given a top floor room with a balcony. Even with the patio door open all night, the room didn't cool and stayed at 23 Deg C. Way too warm for us to sleep, plus the outside noise too. "This is such a great hotel. It's in a fantastic location, the rooms are great and pretty spacious. I also love the decor! "

"This hotel has a good location, just off a busy square, Plaza las Angustias in the city centre. The street it's on is titchy and closed to traffic so there is no noise (no views either) but taxis can still get there. The walk from the station is an easy 10 minutes. The other positive was the staff who were always friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable but dated, decorated in pondweed green, the hotel in general is rather shabby with stained carpets and walls. I didn't think it offered...
