It was a Ramada not meadowlands view hotel. The room was not how it was advertised in the pictures. It was old and outdated. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very disappointing.

Advertised photos are from before their renovation and did not reflect reality. Don't stay here if you have a family. Their biggest room is too small for a family of 4. We were very unhappy and checked out after 1 night on a 4-night. Front Desk personnel promised to give us refund but after several phone calls between us and Expedia, they refused the refund. I'm considering no longer using Expedia's service because of this incident.

After I checked in the women at the front desk tell me that all of the televisions are down so I watched no tv..when I checked out I asked to speak to the manager and of course she wasn’t there...they gave me a card with her name and number and of course the number is out of service...so I got the number from the internet to call the lady and of course every time I called she’s not there..I’ve been calling for a couple of days...worst hotel experience ever

Absolutely nothing works there. No TV, No phone, no breakfast.. Absolutely NOTHING..... I switched rooms 4 times because of the TV, before they finally admitted that there was no service. I wasn’t given the opportunity to cancel or get my money back. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!

Zero stars!
There was no wifi no cable everything dirty and or old. Disgusting food left in the room and fridge. Teenagers running front desk could care less....asked for a manager 3 times to get compensation for all the money spent on a room with all these problems no one got back to me. Ice machines didn't work....vending machines took money nothing came out. An all around nightmare and no compensation whatsoever. We got barely 50% of value of what we paid for and no one seems to care or make a good faith decision to compensate.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times it’s actually a nice hotel most of the rooms are pretty spacious and the beds are comfortable the rooms are clean however I stayed here recently for a few days the Wi-Fi wasn’t working there was no cable and they still have no shuttle service to Manhattan so it would be nice to get some sort of discount or a cheaper rate for the hotel given the fact that there’s only so much you can do in your room with no TV

One of the worst hotels. They made me overpay more than what I had previously PAID WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. The room had no electricity and lack of trust from the people of the hotel

I booked a non refundable room and when I got there they said it was full. And that I would have to get my money back from PayPal myself. They would not help me. There were no cars in the lot and all the room lights were off. I went to the days hotel and they said that hotel was lying. And they were not open since Corona virus. Worst hotel I ever went to. They are trying to keep peoples money. It's a scam
