"I had not been to Tropicana in years but good price in Havana Tower & like the Quarter. Room was on a high floor, corner with two views so that was great! Check in confusing - I never received a check in email. Check-out was more confusing - no instructions sent Had to call desk to find out it’s done via TV. For receipt it says call front desk, Front desk says go to where you checked in. Where I checked in was CLOSED & directs us to South Tower. So we are going to lug our bags to another tower...

"I enjoyed my one night stay in room 2321; however, there was an issue. As usual I check for bed bugs and noticed there wasn’t a mattress pad/cover. The only thing over the mattress was a flat sheet. I was appalled there wasn’t a mattress cover to protect from sweat. bodily fluids, and etc. I pulled the other flat sheet from the comforter up and tucked it under the mattress to add another layer between us and the mattress so many other people sleep on. "Had a great stay Valentines weekend! We came to AC for concerts at the Estes Arena in the hard rock. Stayed in the north tower and was pleased with the convenience of not having to leave the property our entire stay!!! Enough places to grab a bite to eat, stroll from our room to the show each night. Bed was comfy and our room was spacious. "

"It was okay stay quiet but the elevators need to get fix some people suffer from claustrophobic and that wouldn’t be a good look if someone got stuck "

"The rooms were very clean and large. The bed was comfortable and the hotel offers free parking unlike many in the area. We did dine at a couple of the restaurants but would not recommend them. The hotel and casino itself was excellent. "
