Tiny home with one queen bed on main floor.
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay. Thank you for addressing our concerns. "
"Check-in was easy, the lobby had fruit, water and snacks. The room was clean and big. Parking easy and walkable to loads of places to eat on Main St."

2/10 Terrible
"My stay at Camp Eddy started off BADLY! I had reserved an old Airstream supposedly converted for modern use. There was NO central heating (in late December) & the door lacked about 1" of closing completely so cold air poured in! There was ONLY 1 cast iron pan for cooking & when I arrived, there was NO outside light at the camper nor did light switches work nor was the MINIMAL heat turned on so camper was terribly cold! The TV also did not work. After about 2 hours, I was moved to another camper which did heat & was acceptable. The old Airstreams at Camp Eddy have been as CHEAPLY, INEPTLY converted as is possible!!! "My airstream was perfect for my needs. The location is right on the Colorado river, with a walking path and pedestrian bridge across the river, right there. Beautiful location, great accommodations, and communication with the manager."

"Beautiful property, well maintained with great amenities. Fun experience staying in an airstream. I wouldn’t agree that the price interior is newly renovated, but it was perfectly adequate, if slightly worn.
The area around the park is being redeveloped, and feels very fresh and very safe. "
