New hotel, all the modern facilities you would expect from The Quality Hotel, superb breakfast options, sat TV modern and clean bathroom facilities. Staff friendly and helpful and ease of access from bus/train station as it’s literally over the road, this was reassuring when I arrived late at night. Would definitely stay again, although is expensive and there are cheaper options available in locality.

Väldigt dålig inställning till oss kunder och därmed dålig service, hotell personalen har inget intresse att ens försöka göra det bra för kunderna. Bra skick på byggnaden men så dåligt att nästan inga rum har utsikt mot vattnet. Hotellet är inte alls så bra som förväntat eller som det skulle kunna vara, har bott där flera gånger men undviker det.

Helt ok hotell, men standard dubbelrum räcker...
Gott mottagande från personal. Fin lobby, dock bara en person i reception (stackare) som fick sköta allt själv fram mot kvällen. Skyller jag på Quality Hotel. Rummet var fint inrett, fint möblerat och helt ok säng, men fönstren var väldigt smutsiga. För att ha betalat för att ha en fin utsikt över skön, så förstördes den utsikten av gammal fågelskit utanpå och väldigt smutsiga fönster invändigt. Det förstörde upplevelsen lite. Hon i receptionen kompenserade det med att ge oss en gratis frukost för två för ett tillfälle i något Quality Hotel, men upplevelsen vart ju ändå förstörd. Fönstren rengjorde ej heller under vår vistelse då receptionisten var själv. Frukosten var väldigt god och fanns mycket att välja bland. Allt som allt en helt ok upplevelse.
