Bom, mas precisa melhorar alguns detalhes
O hotel tem um bom custo-benefĆ­cio, mas peca em alguns detalhes que precisam ser observados: telefone nĆ£o funcionou para chamadas internas Ć  recepĆ§Ć£o, a luz de leitura estava com o seu case instĆ”vel e a TV ofereceu poucas alternativas de canais, um mudo e outro com imagem em chuviscos, mas tudo bem com os outros oferecidos. Mas, finalizo elogiando o atendimento da recepĆ§Ć£o e o Ć³timo serviƧo de limpeza dos quartos. Ar-condicionado com boa temperatura e banheiro amplo tambĆ©m sĆ£o fatores positivos.

Equipe muito atenciosa na recepĆ§Ć£o, tentando resolver todas as questƵes! Peguei um quarto super luxo, porque meu marido gosta de cama King, mas na verdade, a cama era quem. Achamos os melhores quartos de casal muito pequeno! Ɓgua quente super satisfatĆ³ria! Queria entrar em contato com o hotel porque pagamos duas diĆ”rias a mais. Sei que, legalmente, nĆ£o temos direitos pois foi comprado desta forma. NĆ³s nos equivocamos! Nem queria o dinheiro de volta, mas quem sabe um quarto cortesia p ajustar estes valores e as informaƧƵes q nĆ£o nos foram passadas corretamente, como a cama King. O ponto alto Ć© a recepĆ§Ć£o sempre educada e empenhada a resolver os problemas, mesmo com suas limitaƧƵes.
