"My experience was very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was delicious with a wide array of options. I ate dinner at the restaurant one night, and had an excellent meal. I slept in a room with two twin beds, and I did find them to be more narrow than what I expected, which is why I did 4 vs 5 stars. "The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."
