"Good CP value: When i arrived, staff told us that we can have free breakfast. There is a public hot bath place too. There are not much restaurants nearby. It is a quiet place. "

"接客が丁寧です。施設は古めですが綺麗です。お湯の温度が熱めなので、子供は露天風呂には入れなかったです。近くに道の駅天童温泉があり、お土産などを買うのにとても便利です。"

"清潔感があり、広さも十分でとても滞在しやすかった。ユニットバスではなく、風呂トイレが別になっていたのもよかった。玄関で靴を脱ぐ部屋のタイプだったことも、細かいことだが個人的にはよかった。朝食の質もよく、周囲にも良質な飲食店があり、不満なところは一つもなかった。延泊をお願いした際の、スタッフの方の対応も迅速で丁寧だった。 また山形に出かける機会があれば利用したい。"

"Although having booked a non-smoking room there was an unpleasant smell in the entire hotel and the Room had definitely been used as a smoking room in the past. I slept with perfume on my pillow and window open as far as that was possible. My complaint about thiese circumstances were brushed off with the argument that the Hotel was full and no possibility to change. The duvet cover was full of stains as well on the upper as on the foot side, as I found out, they had turned sides before...
