Good start post COVID

"Enjoyed our stay here. This was our first vacation post COVID. We made up for all that we missed because of COVID. Would recommend a good lake view room. Also take a stroll outside the resort along the river. Don't miss the speed boat ride, you will go through narrow river lanes and low bridges. ..."

Great service and location

"We loved our two night stay. The ambience of this resort is amazing. And as usual Taj Resorts has impeccable service. All the staff was constantly smiling and ready to help. We particularly enjoyed our meals. Highly recommended."

"We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. ..."

Scope for improvement

"Beautiful setting and friendly stuff but let down by simple things, such as, not collecting rubbish left outside the room and charging extortionate price for tea (compared to anywhere else in India) when we assumed it was free by the way they offered without mentioning a price."
