"We had Suite Room B and it was very spacious and well maintained. Rurikoh had many good services (free shuttle to/from Kagaonsen train station, spa w/massages, outdoor foot onsen, taiko drum performance, free afternoon snacks), a beautiful outdoor onsen and large indoor one, very good traditional Japanese breakfast, and very welcoming staff. A short walk (approx 8 min) to several grocery stores and restaurants."

"We enjoyed being able to watch the river as we bathed in the open air bath. Plenty of amenities provided, staff was super friendly and helpful, and room was lovely and spacious. Japanese breakfast was huge and delicious and it was wonderful to try some regional specialities."

"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"My family stayed here for 1 night. We got two rooms. Both rooms were huge with two double beds in each room. I estimate the rooms were 2-3 times the size of a typical Japanese hotel room. "We arrive at the Komatsu Airport at 9 PM. The Route-Inn shuttle picked us up a 9:15 PM and took us right to the hotel. The English speaking manager explained to us the details for taking the Route-Inn shuttle to the train station the next day. In the morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast buffet which had an excellent selection of food. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well."
