"Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. Best Best Western Experience Ever!

"This was the best visit at any Best Western Hotel. The team makes it such a great experience. From check-in to check-out and in between. I know I will forget someone but starting with Prima and the ladies at front desk, to Charles (during his first week in the job showed more poise and care than anyone I have interacted), to Ms. Grace, Emanuel, Louis, Fred and the Chef who made sure my meals was exactly what I was hoping for. I never had the pleasure of actually talking to the young lady from housekeeping but she showed initiative and care that was unbelievable. The security guards out front and the garage - thank you. To the management - you have a gem of a team. "
