"This was the best visit at any Best Western Hotel. The team makes it such a great experience. From check-in to check-out and in between. I know I will forget someone but starting with Prima and the ladies at front desk, to Charles (during his first week in the job showed more poise and care than anyone I have interacted), to Ms. Grace, Emanuel, Louis, Fred and the Chef who made sure my meals was exactly what I was hoping for. I never had the pleasure of actually talking to the young lady from housekeeping but she showed initiative and care that was unbelievable. The security guards out front and the garage - thank you. To the management - you have a gem of a team. "

"This hotel is in a safe neighborhood, quiet yet centrally located. Great staff team. They also have an in-house 24 taxi service, staffed with professional corteous drivers. Outdoors dinning area has a very relaxed atmosphere. "

"Always a great stay in mestil. Can genuinely be a home away from home. Beautiful buildings and garden with lots of great amenities. Away from the hustle and bustle of Kampala but easy access to all areas. Highly recommended."
