"Our room faced the plaza and the lights from the billboards made sleeping difficult. The noise from wherever the music was coming from (I was on 4th floor) was disruptive. My dirty glassware was never removed from my room (I was there 8 days-and I mentioned it twice to the front desk)."

"Great rooms with comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Main entrance using PIN was temperamental and several times I got locked out!! Door very sticky. Luckily departing guests were able to let me in !!"
