Exactly what we wanted, peace and quiet. House itself is very comfortable with great views of the ranch from all sides. Also, Kanab is an interesting area worth exploring. I highly recommend this property.

Great Stay in Kanab!
The Kanab Ranch house is a wonderful property if you're looking for somewhere to base your Utah adventure from. We did day trips out to the Grand Canyon North Rim, Lake Powell, Zion and Bryce (not to mention all the stuff to do around Kanab) and was nice to come home to our Ranch house every day. Plenty of space for our family of four and great amenities including a grill, fire pit and horse shoes, which we took full advantage of. We did an ATV tour of the Peek-a-boo slot canyon and Great Chamber with Kanab Tour Company (definite highlight of the trip and highly recommend). Only suggestion to the host would be to add some dressers or something to give more space to put away clothes so we could unpack and truly feel at home. Wonderful property and would come again!

Loved it!
This was my family’s first trip out west and this was the perfect place to stay. The setting was absolutely beautiful. We used this house as a launching pad for day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and several other local spots. We absolutely loved it!

Hiking in the area
This property is very unique and really quite special. It is located in a farmers field with incredible vistas as well as wildlife (lots of deer) The property is located about 10 minutes east of Kanab and you really need to follow the location instructions from the property management team. They use Evolve who were easy to deal with.

Picture Perfect in Flood Canyon
This property was SO nice!! I could have asked them to rent it for a year. A solo weekend to explore and hike, this was the perfect base camp. Super clean, beautiful furnishings. Used the outdoor fire pit every night. You cannot beat sunrises and sunsets from the porch. The stargazing was also superb. The main bedroom bed on the first floor was the most comfy bed I’ve slept on in a long time. The communication with the property managers was awesome and they were so sweet. I will absolutely be back! Thank you!

Extraordinary property in an extraordinary location. Please give clearer instructions to reach it, as the correct turn off Hway 89 from Kanab is onto a road without any indication or name. It is some 1000 feet past Johnson Canyon Road, and dirve to the end. Also, find a way to keep the neighjbour's dogs away as many people do not wish to share their meal with dogs. Notwithstanding, great place!

Stunning property and comfortable home
My group loved our stay on the ranch. The property is breathtaking with red rock views in almost every direction. The home is beautifully and comfortably decorated from top to bottom. A designers eye truly paid attention to detail even down to the couch blankets. The property manager was super responsive and very nice. I was worried my friends small car would have trouble getting down the dirt road to the property as heavy rain had hit and the road was wet. The property manager came to check it out himself to help avoid a situation where she could have been stuck. Only piece of advice for folks staying here, DO NOT follow gps. GPS will take you down a road with a sketchy bridge. To get to this property from the town center of Kanab on 89 turn left on to North Cresent Butte Trail. Follow the dirt road a mile or two (longer than you think) until you see the house. Be sure to save a picture of what the house looks like because you won’t get service. Also be sure to bring condiments if you are planning to cook. I highly recommend this property for anyone coming to Kanab. At night it’s a planetarium that is absolutely stunning.

This Place is Awesome
This was one of the coolest places I've ever stayed. Beautiful house right in the middle of a farm in a beautiful valley. We drove a Corvette, that was a little challenging on the dirt road but not bad. Google Maps provides bad directions, don't use them. Enter from North Crescent Butte Trail. The house is incredible. I can't say enough about this place, I didn't want to leave.

My husband and I spent the week in this home. It was absolutely fantastic in every way. The house was spotless, the location was perfect for so many activities. (And the beds and couches were the most comfortable we've ever sat and slept on!) It was peaceful, Micah was wonderful to communicate with, and we would HIGHLY recommend this home for your vacation. We would 100% stay again!

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean home with spectacular views! Absolutely 5 stars!
We travel a lot, so we’re pretty particular, and this place has it all! Super clean home, historic feel with its farm setting and old buildings on the property, yet it’s newly renovated and decorated in a very appealing, simple, contemporary country style! The attention to detail in the home, from flooring to furniture to textiles, is so visually pleasing, practical, and comfortable. Very comfortable bedding and furniture, huge well-stocked kitchen enjoyable to cook and share meals in. The kitchen is practically half windows – such a pretty place for a sunny breakfast! We loved the off-the-beaten-path location a few minutes outside Kanab, up a quiet side canyon. The sun seems to rise early here, and one of the best things about the home is the stunning red rock views out each of the big, clean windows! The property managers sent us lists of fantastic suggestions for hikes and adventures a little less known than those in the big parks, and we took several of the recommended hikes and loved them! They sent good restaurant lists, too. They were quick and helpful in their responses when we had a couple of needs (like when we accidentally locked ourselves out). With 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms + sofas and air mattresses, the house very comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 teenagers and seems like it could accommodate a few more. This house was the perfect jumping off spot for a few days of hiking in and around Kanab! Our only wish is that we would have had more time at the house to relax and play games, because it really invites relaxation. We hiked so much that we didn’t have much down time at the house. There’s comfy patio furniture out on the deck, too. We’d definitely visit again!

Lovely home - country feel, privacy, stargazing.
This is a gorgeous home, with plenty of space, but beware that there is no heating or A/C in the bedrooms only in the main living areas & kitchen. You'll need to leave the doors in the two bedrooms open at night to get heat and even then we found it inadequate. In fairness, we were there during an especially cold period, which is unusual for the area, but the heating units could not keep up and the house was always a bit chilly. We all kept sweaters or coats on at all times and the pipes in the house even froze one evening. The third area, "office", is not a room at all, but a pass-through area/oversized hallway, which was a surprise to us, and wasn't really usable as anticipated. However, the basement downstairs has a huge sectional that can easily be used as a bed for little ones. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again, we'd just wish to be better informed. Recommend the host provide portable individual heating fans for the bedrooms. Also, we had to buy our own cleaning supplies for wiping down the counters when we were there - probably an oversight, be sure to leave something accessible for guests in the future. Everything else was great. We really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash that was left for guests and the home's aesthetic is beautiful. Also, lots of lovely, cozy throw blankets.

Clean, modern residence with ample privacy and a fantastic kitchen setup. Glad we had an AWD vehicle as the road gets muddy with deep ruts. It was a little hard to find, the sign is worn and small. Would definitely book again!

We had a great couple days with our family visiting state and national parks. The ranch house was super nice! The kids enjoyed exploring around the property, having a fore in the fire pit and watching some movies at night. The location away from any lights makes for great star visibility. Dark & starry sky perfection
This recently renovated home was easy to find, perfectly remote and well suited for our primary plan to watch the meteor shower. Plus it’s centrally located to visit some National parks for day hikes. Slipping into Kanab was easy with numerous options for dining and shopping. We hiked a nearby slot canyon w/petroglyphs, the dinosaur print trail outside of town, trekked to both sunrise and sunset points at Bryce Canyon and waded the Narrows in Zion. What. An. Amazing Trip. I can easily recommend this clean and well appointed house to anyone planning to explore the many wonders in this part of Utah.

Perfect home and area!
The property is an absolute jewel! The home has been beautifully remodeled. The home was very clean and well equipped. The views are great and can be enjoyed from the spacious kitchen and most other rooms on the main floor. The large patio around the house is a nice feature when outside while watching/playing horseshoes, grilling, or enjoying a cup of morning coffee. We found ourselves laying on the patio at night to get in some great stargazing. We visited in early-mid July during a heat wave but the air conditioner had no issues keeping up with the challenge. This was a great refuge at the end of each day exploring to get up and do it again. Micah was great to work with and very responsive and promptly reached out when much of southern Utah experienced a power outage but didn’t impact us. This was a great property of our family of six that includes three teenage boys.

We would give this property 100 stars if possible! The home is more beautiful in person. The home has breathtaking views from nearly every room in the home. We wish we could have stayed longer. Not only was the home immaculate, but Micah was accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful trip. He offered our family detailed advice on local attractions and wanted to ensure we found the home with ease. We plan on booking this property again!
