"As close to the main train station and bus station as you can get! So it’s amazing to be able to walk there from the Shinkansen with our bags and go right to the hotel! The public baths and restaurant are also amazing. Great choice. Only thing is the rooms themselves are TINY! But for 1 night, doable. "

"Super location to explore all of the beautiful city of Kanazawa. The castle and garden were minutes away as well as many museums and the Samurai and Geisha districts. The many alleyways surrounding the hotel were full of great food and entertainment, and it is right on the main street for easy bus access to the whole city. the Japanese breakfast buffet was superior there was a spa and bath on the top floor with amazing views! my room had all I needed and was well appointed. "The room was clean and comfortable. Three pillows and nice mattress. There are at least four coin laundry machines, two inside women’s changing room for the public bath which was quite acceptable. Three elevators meant never a wait. Some reviews complained about lack of parking but it’s right next to the train station. Perfect for me. I would return. "

"This hotel was dirty!! We were expecting old as we wanted to keep costs down and rayes were low. I have stayed in many APA hotels across Japan and they are fine. But this one was filthy. We had booked 4 nights but after one night cancelled and changed to another hotel. Beds were actually decent in condition (APA Kyoto had beds made out of cardboard) but mold and dust, dirty everywhere in room. Can’t recommend it here. Plenty of nice hotels in Kanazawa."

"Nice room with a good location. Very clean and great staff. Nice perk that they offered movies for free in English on the TV. Rooms are pretty tight though. May be problematic if you have a lot of luggage."

"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "
