We asked for larger room and willing to top up but what was offered was an amount close to what we were paying. Asked for a room away from the train tracks only to be given a room as with a full view / sound experience "

"The ANA Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay! Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great view from our room, and although the property is a but dated, it is meticulously and lovingly maintained. Our room had a full bathtub and some great free amenities to relax… bath salts, eye masks, and teas replenished daily. Highly recommended. Right y the train station and so many shops and restaurants!
