"This hotel had great reviews and they were accurate. It was just what we hoped It would be. Spacious rooms, very clean with all needed amenities supplied. The shower/bath room was roomy and wonderful. The staff provided excellent, courteous customer service. The location near Shiodome station is very central to Tokyo's amazing rail and metro services. "The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good. "

"This hotel is located in the middle of the action being that you’re high up there. You don’t really hear the craziness if that’s your thing then this is your Hotel. It was not my thing but best case scenario was this Hotel because you’re so high up that it’s safe quiet and comfortable."
