"Clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment style room steps away from a metro station. Being close to a metro, several 7/11 and family marts was so useful when we needed to get around Tokyo and explore different areas. The location itself was quiet and safe. "

"숙소위치는 철길 옆이나 소음이 심하지 않다. 전반적인 숙소의 상태는 양호 했으나, 세탁기는 점검이 되지 않았으며, 거름망에 먼지가 정말 매우 많아 세탁기 사용 자체에 대한 의미를 모르겠다. 일반적인 호텔과 차별점이 세탁이 가능하다 인데 그 의미가 없었다."

"Room was very nice and big considering other hotels in the area. It is a self check in/out system, so you really cannot check in until the time given. Everything is electronic/virtual. "

"I loved staying here at Minn Akihabara, my first trip to Japan, and staying here made my trip all the better. Had all necessity available, with refrigerator, washer & dryer, microwave, a nice size table for 4 to eat, put your laptop, loved the shower water pressure, the qualiity of this place was excellent. I recommend for others to stay and would love to stay here again!"

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"Great if u want more space. Max 4 adults. Comfortable beds, good heat, wifi, water pressure, relatively quiet. Fridge and kitchen a plus. Canalside and cinvenience store very close. Only minuses are 15 minute walk to nakasu subway stop which is tough with bigger luggage. Beware check in ends at 11pm was not noted and we lost a night’s stay. Support staff on the “help” calls do not pick up—ever. We tried many times to speak to someone to no Avail. Useless."
