Lovely hotel. Only downfall was they kept turning off my heat (in the winter) amd turning on the air?? Idky because it was cold i had to continuously call down to the front to get my hear turned back on. Lastly this hotel is huge. Yet on check in no rooms were available untill 3 so i had to sit in the lobby exhausted and get lagged from 6am to 3p bc they have no where for you to rest/lounge while you wait for your room

The room looked like it was from the 90s. The tv was on a table, not a mount. The shower was horrible, you had to adjust dials like it was from the 80s, and the paintings had creepy figures in them. For a prestigious hotel, this one wasn’t not worth the money. Never coming back

Hotel needs a make over. Power outlets was limited to 2, one in the toilet and one in the room. Plus an extension cable with 2 outlets. Temperature control is dated. Could feel the cold coming from the window.
