"The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but it’s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. It would be nice if there is an easy way to communicate with somebody like in our case that we extended the check out time. Maybe the iPad at the counter can be used for that...

"This property was lovely. Great room with plenty of storage to 2 suitcases and all our souvenirs. We had a bit of trouble working out the shower and bath setup. Everything else was beyond our expectations. Great views of the river & Skytree. Luggage storage was very secure. And they called a taxi for us to head off which arrived quickly."

"Even if the place was just 32sqm, it had everything i needed for a nice stay w my 2 children...3 beds (2 were sofabed), a fridge, kitchensink. 2 pax would have been perfect for its size. "It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it.
