"We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location to Dotonbori and the metro. The hotel staff was hospitable and friendly. There was road construction in front of the hotel and they worked during the night. The hotel staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible by providing ear plugs. So thoughtful! Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. "

"We had an excellent stay at Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande. First off, the location is amazing! Very close to the JR station, the metro station, and the Keihan station. It is also connected to a mall as well as surrounded by other malls and streets with loads of food options. It is also very safe since you cannot go to floors above floor 7 without your hotel room's keycard. The staff are also very friendly and nice and very helpful. "I stayed for 3 nights at the end of my Japan trip. I stayed in a premium room so my experience was good as it meant lounge access with tea in the afternoon, drinks in the evening and free sauna/onsen use. I’d recommend going for that option"
