"駅出てすぐのため、夜遅めの到着でも安心。コンビニも50Mくらい先にありました。素泊まりだったので、お食事は分からず。徒歩5〜10分くらいで飲食店が多いエリアに行けます。大浴場も夜通し空いているのでありがたい。フロントが3階のため、夜だったせいか、入り口がちょっとだけ分かりにくかったです。また旭川に行くことがあれば、必ずまたここで予約を取ると思います！"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. We parked next to the hotel. Aeon mall is just opposite the hotel. Very convenient. A lot of other malls that we can explore. Indeed a very strategic location. Train station is just opposite within walking distance too. Never regretted our decision to stay at the hotel. "

"I came during the Winter Festival, and it's conveniently close to Asahikawa Station and the ice sculpture street. However, I had trouble finding the place at first, and I even entered a different Hotel Route-Inn nearby by mistake. After finding the right place and entering the room, I found the luggage rack already open and in the middle of the narrow corridor so I had difficulty entering the room with my suitcase. "Room is small for families but clean and comfortable. Cleaning is not done daily and some amenities are self service. It would be nice to have some staff help with the luggage as porter services are non existent. The dryer onsite is very weak and did not dry clothes well even after 45 mins use."

"Room was ok. Scruffy (wallpaper hanging off, funny smell etc) but I'm not too bothered about that. The email I received after booking said the front desk was open 6:30 til 22:00. When I arrived at lunch to leave my baggage before check-in (and I emailed ahead to check it was ok) there was nobody there, and no sign saying when someone would be back. I waited around 45mins before eventually going and finding the cleaners who were helpful. I didn't bother trying to leave my bags after checking out....

Convenient hotel with large rooms near transport

"Great hotel near the Asahikawa Station and the Aeon Mall, which was convenient for the Asahikawa Snow Festival (or would have been if I hadn't booked the week before the festival :-) ). The hotel is also, extremely conveniently, in front of a bus stop that comes straight from the airport. Simply stay on the bus until the stop after the station and step into the hotel. For Japan, the size of the twin room is _massive!_ Plenty of room for luggage, clothes storage, and potentially cricket practice (please don't play cricket in your hotel room :-) ). The raised bathroom is, however, the standard 'small' size for a Japanese hotel room, but is perfectly servicable. There's plenty of food options nearby with the main shopping street only a block away (which leads off from the train station), and the Aeon Mall's food court and restaurants are a five minute walk away."
