"Hotel is old and dated. Room’s aircon is barely working. Hotel is located right opposite a big mall ( Aeon) and has restaurants, Food courts, supermarket. And JR is right there. There’s no parking at the hotel; public parking is across the street, with very few lots. "

"Ok, when we first arrived we were a little worried. The hotel is old and the room was a little tight with 4 sleeping mats on the floor BUT by the end of our 3 night stay we really enjoyed our stay. The onsen is lovely and that really made the stay, along with the staff who were eager to help with anything. Breakfast was included with lots of options and was quite good. "Room is small for families but clean and comfortable. Cleaning is not done daily and some amenities are self service. It would be nice to have some staff help with the luggage as porter services are non existent. The dryer onsite is very weak and did not dry clothes well even after 45 mins use."
