Clean well kept property. Room was clean bed was comfortable. The room is somewhat old school no usb outlets I would imagine it is a candidate for modernizing. Not to say that it was worn out . It was not. Overall very happy with my stay

Due to rooms being blocked off for an emergency, we were asked to move to another hotel and the Drury staff not only escorted us to the new location but paid for an upgraded room at the new site. The Drury staff also gave us certificate for a complimentary night at any Drury for future travel. Great customer service all around.

The room and hotel were good except they have banging in their water pipes and banged early in the mornings, like 5 am. To their credit, they did offer us a partial refund, but it sounds like they can’t do anything about it. It’s just not pleasant to have to wake up at that time in the morning because of the pipes.

The rooms were musky and very small. The lobby was clean. Breakfast was average but wasn’t restocked very promptly. The pool area was nice. It’s not a 9/10 stars like this website states, it’s more like a 6/10. The staff was nice though.
