They did supply more, but acted like wanting a second bowl and more than just two coffee mugs was an unusual request. The room itself and bed were just fine, though, and the rooftop pool was terrific. A block away was a lengthy pedestrian mall that seemed to stretch forever and was great to walk, full of shops and restaurants, and to beaches if you wanted."

"Brujlio was the best host. He was there right when we arrived. He was the sweetest & welcoming host I ever dealt with. He made us feel like we were at home. We felt safe & comfortable. The pictures does this place no justice. This was our first time coming to Tulum & it looks like we will be back soon & often. The experience was so amazing. Such a beautiful place. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. "My only complaint was that I believe I booked for the Arba 2 which from the pictures was a upstairs and downstairs. I could be mistaken but that was why I booked. I still ended up in a decent unit. "Registration was "clumsy." Everything was coming at me at once...I did not feel welcomed; I felt like they needed to get me signed in and signed up. "We stayed in the top floor in the “Superior Suite” and it was a dream! It was absolutely beautiful and the view of the untouched jungle behind us was everything! "Loved their food. For an all inclusive resort, the food was amazing! Best tacos I’ve had in my life!! Room and property was clean. Beach was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Only downside is the Japanese and Italian restaurants are hard to get into and we unfortunately did not get into the Italian restaurant. Talking to regulars there, they said those two restaurants have seats held for members which causes it to fill up quicker for non members like us. "

"Myself and girlfriend stayed for 7 days at the occidental. We really appreciated the hospitality and gluten free options and awareness by the staff. They went above and beyond for the service. We were helped every morning by Emilia and Otillio at the beach club and were the best! Prior to coming we were concerned about the gluten free options and environment of the resort. There was lots to do with the xcaret park so close and discounts provided at the resort. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!"
