"The property was advertised as having a kitchen. There were no pots, dishes, utensils and no hot pot. Couldn’t even boil water. The stove was gas and there was no way to light it. There were no towels in the bathroom. When we went to the desk we had to search for assistance and then we only got 2 towels for the 4 of us. Room was good but there was a stench in the bathroom that was not pleasant, however, management fixed this so all in all we very pleasant surprised with this only being a 3 star hotel. If I should have any complains it must be that the hotel did not have an lift in the properties for people having difficulties walking the stairs. "
