"Location is great, price is great. Hotel is dated but we spent most of the day outside anyway. Breakfast has some average choices, good enough to start your day. Karlovy Vary is small so it is walking distance to all turist spots (Thermal pool, Becherovka, Vřídlo….. ) It is about 40 mins walk from KV train station. I stayed in this hotel 4 times and will stay there again"

"In general hotel is quite nice and in a very good location and walkable distance to all hot springs and other sites of the Carlsbad. Hotel condition is average, some refreshments on common spaces would be nice to see. We booked Deluxe Twin room. Unfortunately such a small bathroom we haven't seen still in lower star rating hotels. As well hand soap was missing and sink was not in good visual condition (visible quite large scratches). As well some shelves in the room haven't been cleaned for some...

"Great service. Big room (#405) with enough space for our 3 children, my wife and I. Three TV’s, so nobody fighting for channels LOL! Nespresso machine with pods, as well as tea available.
