"We chose Hotel Kaiserhof because we thought it would be only a couple of blocks from the Christmas market. Wrong. More like 40 feet. Service was outstanding, everyone was kind, informative and spoke excellent English. The room turned out to be a suite. Fairly spacious, modern and comfortable once these Floridians figured out the controls for hot water heat. Breakfast was the typical lavish German breakfast spread, plenty of everything.
