"Karlstad is a jewel. Beautiful small city. Walkable and the scenery around the city is spectacular. Breakfast was excellent. Pub and restaurant outstanding. Room smartly designed. Very professional and efficient staff. Will return!"

"Located on Drottninggatan wich is the main restaurant/shopping street on Östermalm. Their part of Stockholm is very safe and you are on walkable distant to everything. A quick tram ride to the Wasa, Nordiska, ABBA and Viking museum. The hotel is located in an old building with a small, old, elevator, that doesn't fit a while lot. Most Swedish people take the stairs, so no issue there. Nice breakfast room, access to sauna, conference rooms and room to iron your clothes. Luggage storage as well. The rooms have a closet, safe and Coffee maker. Friendly 24 hour staff. Parking away from the hotel in a parking garage. Traffic can be heavy at times so be prepared to walk to get to were you need to go. Overall a great experience, we will definitely consider this hotel in the future!"
