"Property locked upon arrival. No communication of any kind re checking in, no email, no return of multiple phone calls at all. I needed to find another hotel and seek a full refund, which was given by Expedia. Terrible travel experience, beware."

"Wonderful property in a very quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from Metlife Stadium. Lisa provided lots of very helpful information. We used the hot tub, steam room and sauna. The decor was very nice! We would definitely stay there again as it is very close to Metlife and also very close to NYC."

"Great stay and accessible to public transportation however Renter beware of the STEEP hills that you will need to walk. We walked from both stations and we got killed by the steep roads to get to the property. The property was overall in a clean and maintained status. Maybe just need to have the shower curtains changed but it was overall a great choice. "

The welcome book had clear instructions, there were great lawn games, lots of suggestions to eat too. The icing on the cake was the welcome basket, complete with Halloween treat bag for our little one! "

"To summarize without too many details we had to be placed in a hotel. I am sure once this house is given proper detailed updating it will be worth it. Please be clear you will Uber a lot unless you have a car or someone to pick you up from Yonkers."

"Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for a family/group of 4. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It is a bit of a jaunt into NYC, if that is the purpose of your trip, but do-able between the Ferry, Uber, public transportation and a little walking. Food delivery is the best option, as there are also not many restaurants within walking distance. Overall, wonderful apartment. We enjoyed our stay!"

"I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RATE THIS PLACE BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS FRAUDULENT!!! There is an entire family living in this home!! I was scammed out of my money & VRBO did not accommodate me for their mess up on a 900 mile trip. Site is not to be trusted and they gave no strrrm put in place for situations like this except to keep spending money."

"The lobby was beautiful and the staff is so helpful and kind. They really make this hotel feel like home. The breakfast was good and convenient.The hotel is right off the highway making it convenient to get to places. I definitely recommend this place."

"The staff was incredible and extremely friendly. When extending my stay, Lenny and Dimitri were so easy to speak with and made all the accommodations especially since I had my dog with me. They made everything a smooth transition and I appreciate their help. Overall all the staff were great! The room was very clean as well. The entire hotel was spotless."
