"New hotel in a great location. Room service would do "superficial" cleaning (tidying the bed, replacing towels, replenshing coffee) and that's it. I stayed for a week and they never bothered to vaccum the floor, wipe the desk, clean the sink, or change bed sheets. Breakfast was ok but it's basic and needs more variety."

"The room itself was amazing - clean, well prepared, quiet, and in a great location. Local market is one block away, and multiple city landmarks and sights are within a 10 minute walk. Tram stop is right in front of the building door. If there's one small flaw, it's the virtual check-in. This proved to be an issue when I showed up with no cell service and no wifi - make sure to screenshot your building entry codes and apartment number before arriving if you are not going to have cellular data...

It is in the details but depending where you book it’s hidden in sub tabs, the advert implies hotel style checkin on site! A year later the mattress has still not been cleaned!
