Queen bed suite near Lagoon & Hill AFB; free wifi

We do the cleaning, not you! Quiet neighborhood close to Lagoon, Hill AFB, & Cherry Hills. Under an hour driving distance to Ogden & Salt Lake. Basement apartment, we live upstairs w/2 small children; we try to keep noise levels down, but can be heard downstairs. Includes fridge, microwave, dishes & utility sink; no stove/hot plate. Entire basement is private during stays of 2 weeks or less; we will need access to the basement for longer stays, but will coordinate with you. Happy to interact w/ guests as much as they need or like. There is a security camera in the garage to ensure the garage doors get closed and others outside the home for general home security; there are no cameras inside the basement apartment. Windows in the basement are compliant with when the home was built, but are not egress windows.

We had a great stay here while we visited lagoon. Great location and clean. It was perfect for our needs. One recommendation would be to upgrade the television - we had a real hard time trying to use it during our stay, it’s just a bit out dated. Still would 100% recommend to stay here.

We stayed for two nights to take our 3 and 9 year old to Lagoon. Very clean, spacious, and minutes from the park so we were able to come back and regroup during the day. Would definitely stay again.

Definitely recommend!
This was such a cute place to stay for our needs! It was clean and a great "homey" environment. Quite not busy street that my son and I tossed a football around in the street. After our long days out and about we were able to take our evening stroll around their beautiful neighborhood and felt so safe doing so! There is a great park and nature walk a short distance away that me and my children had such a great time exploring! The only down fall (and only because i felt we were bothersome to the host) was the entrance is a garage door. I was definitely trying not to open and close it TO MUCH to be respectful for their family. And one of my favorite things (because im a mother of big children) was the pitter patter of little feet running up stairs (which the host does intact warn about) but it was not a problem at all! It made me miss when my kids were that small! And it was a great bonding conversation piece for myself and my adult daughter ❤️ The ONLY regret i have is SO many times (as read in my hosts description) was contacting Jana while i was there to see it any of the fun jams and things she jars were for sale! Its one of my favorite things to go home with on trips is locally made jams! And i didn't want to impose! Im still kicking myself for that one!

Awesome little spot
Everything was accurate to the listing. Including a little noise from above. She listed this and it was not an issue it was far less than expected. It was easy to figure out how to get in and out. You enter thru garage and can park in there if your car is not too big like mine was. The huge soaking tub is awesome and we never ran out of hot water!!! Will come back again!

Great.. if you want to be locked in someone's basement
Just a heads up because I didn't catch it when looking at photos, there is no actual door in or out. The only way out is through the garage door. There are also no egress windows either and bedrooms are in the back of the unit. So if there's a fire you are in bad luck. Upstairs is very loud, which granted they do put that in their description I just didn't realize how loud it was. We ended up leaving early because it was a miserable place to stay at and host was unreasonable to work with.

The instructions sent to me were very clear. It was great that there was an extra full size refrigerator in the garage for us to use. I really appreciated how there were extra supplies for us such as toilet paper, paper towels, and plastic bags.

Located in a beautiful area. Very clean property. Good size rooms. Only negatives were that the queen size bed was very uncomfortable. Could feel all the springs. Also, because its a basement style apartment, you can hear everything upstairs. We had young children with us and they would wake up from the sounds upstairs.
