The building has a lot going on and could be a great place with the right management but as of now the rooms are hardly clean they booked me in the first room that didn’t get cleaned the second room they booked me in the kept trying to book others in so we had people jerking on our door all night even after the staff called me after midnight to see if I was in there over all a terrible experience in what could be a great hotel

We stayed for three nights. Pool was supposed to be open after redo but it wasn't and it looks like it won't be for some time. Breakfast was available for $10 plus. Room was clean but we had to ask for clean towels on the third day as we never saw any guest service staff. Took keys to front desk on leaving and was greeted by the lobby attendant reclining on the couch watching TV and was instructed to just throw it on the counter. WON'T be saying here in the future.

The checkin was slow and hectic. The Suburban studio room was nice and clean. We didn’t like that it was an internal room with the sliding door opening to the pool area. Fortunately, the pool was closed.

Horrible. From the time we checked in to the time we left. Thankfully we only had to spend one night. It was filfthy, not on the pool said shut down by the state. We felt horribly unsafe as well. Then they also double charged us! I highly recommend staying away.

This was the worst stay we have ever had. Arrived @ 6:30PM to check in room wasn't ready. Told me they had another room that didn't have the hide a bed and the TV didn't work either. We booked this location purposely becasue they advertise a pool and we had our kids with us. THE POOL WAS CLOSED. So frusterating. We also booked this hotel because they advertise a roll away option. They no longer offer that. had I not paid for this room ahead of the arrival i would have walked out and went to a different hotel that HAD a pool. Staff didnt care at all that thier website has inaccurate information.
