"The internet did not work. While the property listed that rooms had their own safe the room did not have one. My room was a very long walk away from reception. The mosquito net does not cover the bed. Hot water is not available at all times and only seems to be switched on in the morning. "I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed.
