Luxurious way of living away from home


Built in 2022. Designed and decorated with luxury and thoughtfully like it was our home. Balconies offer magnificent views of sea, lake and the whole area. Just 2-3 minutes drive from famous blue flagged beaches. In the capital with everything you need next to you but also away from centers noise and traffic. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.
A 70 sqm apartment with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, 2 verandas with amazing views and a large sitting room with modern kitchen. Reliable wifi ideal for people who work "from home" (digital nomads), free netflix account in your language and separate a/c units in all rooms. Located in a quiet neighbourhood far away from the crowded center but in walking range of that. In less than 500m you will find supermarkets, bakery, pharmacies and everything you need.
Finally, but most of all, you will find pleasant people waiting for you, who will guide you on your holidays and will be always available and willing to help you with anything you need.

We had a great stay everything we needed was in the apartment and our hosts were wonderful with detailed check in information and anything we wanted was just a phone call/email away. The view from the apartment was breathtaking. We hired a car and this was the only apartment on our whole trip that we could find parking right outside. Very nice.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area
This apartment was one of the most beautiful and comfortable rentals we stayed in while in Greece. The owner is thorough in providing instructions. You must use their coordinates link because typing in their address into your phone directly may not work properly. This apartment is a close distance to everything so walking is an easy activity. The only far landmark is the light It is doable but you would need to love walking g distances and not have any physical limitations. The journey is all flat. The apartment. Amenities area great and it feels like home so you can really relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick byes. And the bathroom was a good size for a family to share. Parking was right outside in front of the building and easy to find. It is on the top floor and walking is easy because each floor landing has lovely designs do it is a quick walk to the front door. There is a washing machine which is straight forward to use. This is a great place for visiting Argostoli.

Sehr schöne Fewo und tolle Vermieter
Der Service war für eine Fewo aussergewöhnlich: alle 3 tage war handtuchwechsel und nach 6 tagen bettwäschewechsel - jedes mal begleitet davon, dass gesaugt und geputzt wurde. Zusätzlich gab es mal selbstgemachten kuchen oder obst aus dem garten. Kurz gesagt, wir haben uns auf eine unaufdringliche Art sehr umsorgt gefühlt. Technische Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Überhaupt war der Vermieter per whatsapp immer erreichbar. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön, direkt von oben auf die Lagune und De Bosset Brücke, im Hintergrund die Berge - traumhaft. In jedem schlaf- sowie im wohnraum gibt es separat steuerbare klimaanlagen, die vergleichsweise leise sind. Die brauchten wir auch, denn das Haus liegt sehr nah an einer Durchgangsstrasse, die von Autos und Mofas gern als Rennstrecke genutzt wurde. Das ist auch der Grund, weshalb wir bei der Lage einen Punkt abgezogen haben. Ansonsten ist es nämlich angenehm, on the hill zu wohnen, wie die taxifahrer betonten. Man hat die wahl, entweder zum hafen von argostoli zu laufen oder in die andere richtung nach lassi, wo die aus unserer sicht besseren restaurants und diverse strände waren. Sowohl der hafen in argostoli als auch lassi errecht man nach 1 - 1,5 km fussmarsch. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Ottimo soggiorno
Il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo. L’appartamento si trova in perfetta posizione, circa a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Oltre ad essere del tutto nuovo, con arredamenti e tecnologie all’avanguardia, l’host è disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ed in qualsiasi momento. Vivamente consigliato!
