Very noisy. Put us on the same floor as girls sports teams. Constant doors opening and closing until 1 am. Doors are very noisy opening and closing and seems to be zero sound insulation for the room doors

A very welcoming hotel with many great qualities. Staff were lovely; room was quite clean, comfortable and spacious; breakfast was good with a limited range of choices, eg’s oatmeal, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, bread, bagels and waffles (unless it’s crowded then you’d be lucky to get to the machine). Facilities are good though unfortunately we didn’t get to check out the pool/slide as it was overrun with kids. Overall a very comfortable, pleasant night stay.

This is our go to hotel in Kelowna. The staff are always welcoming and the rooms are consistently clean and comfy. The breakfast room is large and has a good variety of items…hot and cold.

Service was great - staff was helpful kids loved the outside pool & waterslide (a bit noisy by road) too chilly for me in pool - but not kids. wish rooms had a couch or cot included - kids didn't want to sleep in the same bed - and couch was extra $$ stayed at another close hotel - couch was same price.
