"The service was amazing. Jacob at the pool is a gem. The rooms could do with some TLC but understandable after COVID. They are busy painting and fixing it up. The breakfast has a huge range and they are very open to requests.i always stay here and will again next time"

"The Hyatt Regency Sanur was a lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly, the room was spacious and very quiet. The adult only pool was very relaxing. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of dishes. There are many restaurants and shops jut outside the hotel and you can walk everywhere. We will be back in 2025!"

"We loved our stay at Bali Dynasty. It is a kids dream! Our children loved it. Staff were lovely, breakfast options amazing! Water slide area could do with a paint and facelift but that would be my only negative. We will be back 😊"

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The hotel facilities were good and the staff were fantastic, particularly those at breakfast. The buffet breakfast has everything you would want including an omelette and a crepe station. They have a shuttle which will take you to Eat Street or the beach where the hotel has a deck area with chairs and towels. I also had a great 90 minute massage at the on-site spa (Zanti) and can recommend a visit. I would happily stay the Courtyard Seminyak again. "

"Staff are amazing, everyone is so lovely and right after asking about things, it is met and done! Breakfast options really good and has a family/kids friendly environment, the only things is that I was feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed when staff were trying to cuddle my baby girl, I knew it was coming from a kind heart but I personally didn’t like it. Also, no dish wash liquids were available so I couldn’t wash my baby’s food container, the cleaner did not have it also!"
