"They treated me excellent my entire stay. Everybody was so welcoming and the hospitality is superb. When I come back, I’m staying here again. The breakfast is awesome. They really know how to treat you well when you arrive. I’m ecstatic and I was here by myself from the US. I felt so safe and good. Property is clean and they went over and beyond for me. That’s love in itself. What a blessing. Keep up the great work. Oh yea, it was also a quiet area and I really enjoyed it. "

I had about 6 spa treatments with Agung (sorry if I spelled wrong) and each one was 11/10, so refreshing and healing. "This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. The staff is very nice, the pool and villa is very large for a 1 bedroom and even offers more room than some 2 bedrooms due to the layout. The pictures are representative of the place and our family likes how open it is in the livingroom area. "The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality.
