"I stayed at this hotel for four nights. It was my second time staying and my experience was a pleasant as the first. The room was clean and well furnished. I had an issue with hairs on the duvet and bed sheet that weren’t mine but after addressing this, it was rectified. The added fridge amenity definitely served it’s purpose. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. A personal preference for improvement would be adding a handheld shower head. There was ample...

Breakfast buffet in the morning available from 6.30am in the week, cold and warm buffet plenty of choice and nice food. Large free car park, food available and bar "

"An absolutely fantastic location and a really historical property. Lots of creaky and wonky floorboards! Lovely furniture throughout. I would not class the beds as large king size, one was but the other three were doubles! Could have done with the hairs being removed from plug holes upstairs. Well equipped kitchen, two living rooms, two dining areas. Stock in the kitchen so able to wash up, used the dishwasher which was helpful.
