Irresponsible staff. Bad management. The hotel makes up hotel bill out of nowhere, which is simply illegal. I would give 0 star if there is an option. We received an expense for bar service (none of us in the party even drink) on our hotel bill that was not from us when checking out. We communicated with the concierge on the spot and she promised that she would report to the manager for investigation and that we would get a call or email from them same day. Three days later when we called back because we had heard nothing from them, the manager on the call claimed to be unaware and again promised to investigate. Until today we haven’t heard back from the hotel about refund. Not even any progress on the so-called investigation that they promised. What’s the excuse of taking forever when the bar is open every day? It’s such an irresponsible behavior to first charge customers for a service they never had - bad management, and then not do their part to properly resolve the issue. It's stealing money from customers by making up expense for service that you never had and then not even bothering to make the effort to correct their mistake. Zero concept of customer service in their mindset. I’ll post an update with timeline in this review when we receive the refund properly, so everyone will see how ridiculously long this it takes. Stay away from this scam. You don’t know what’s the next surprise expense on your hotel bill. Besides, hot water for shower is the coldest ever seen.

My wife and I went here for our 20 year anniversary. Beautiful resort with lots to do. A bit pricey and they try to upcharge you for anything you do but worth it. we will definitely be going back.

This is not a luxury resort. We went for our honeymoon and wouldn't pay to go again. Its not worth the money you pay for this place. The rooms need alot of maintenance. The food wasnt that good at all. The only part we liked was the clear water that is not a beach. The bar by the pool and the pool.

Beautiful property. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the little kids play room. It is truly filthy. The rest of the property is beautiful and staff are friendly.
