Nice quiet landing a few blocks from the action on Duval Street. This is a Saturday-Saturday weekly home for the rest of 2025. Enjoy one week for the rest of this year. January 2026, this beautiful condo will become monthly! Rentals will begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of a month in 2026. Make plans to stay longer and really relax or work remotely from paradise for a full month in 2026. Either way you will enjoy:

Quiet and Cozy
We loved the large deck and decor. We have spent many years coming to different condos in Truman Annex.This was by far one of the best for decor and location. The bikes included and beach supplies such a plus. Best of all Communication with owner excellent!

Little slice of heaven
We loved the one bedroom condo. Close to everything and very quiet. The patio was very private surrounded by trees. We loved the door in the bedroom which we could leave open at night and get a nice breeze. The hostess was very responsive to any need. Also we used the bikes quite a bit….a nice extra!

Favorite Condo in the Shipyard
This is our favorite condo in the Truman Annex. We really enjoyed the balcony, bicycles and meeting the very nice owners (Susan and Brucie). Looking forward to staying there again next July.

Perfect!
This property was perfect for my husband and my early 28 year anniversary as well as our 1st visit to Key West! It was clean and well stocked, and so close to everything! Wonderful 1 bedroom condo in the perfect location
This was a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the second floor. It’s conveniently located, near the pool- but not too close. Truman Annex location of the Shipyard condos is the perfect place to stay to be close to every thing in Key West. You are located in a gated community with one parking space( but you don’t need a car). Susan is a great host- tells you everything you need to know and more. Condo is well equipped.

Best anniversary trip!
The condo was perfect for our 30th anniversary trip. It was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location. The Truman Annex is quiet and beautiful, and close to everywhere we wanted to go. We walked or biked everywhere. We enjoyed the pool, the bikes that were included with the condo, and a special anniversary gift from our host, Susan.

Susan's quaint home was perfect for our relaxing vacation. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location is unbeatable , access to the restaurants and shopping , groceries and beaches were all very handy. The two bikes that come with the condo came in very handy also! Everything you need for Key West.
Perfect location in the park-like Truman Annex. Condo was exactly as described with all the amenities you could need. We used the provided bikes multiple times a day to get to Duval, Southernmost Point, Waterfront, and Beach at Zachery Taylor State Park. We would definitely stay here again!
